IBA head office in Asia Pacific region is in the capital of China, Beijing. We started our operation in 2004 as a young and dynamic company focusing on delivering high quality products and services to customers in Asia Pacific region.

The presence of IBA China extends to countries all the way from Mainland China, Taiwan, Korean, India, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and to many more to come in the near future. At IBA China, we also provide supports to global market in the areas of sourcing, marketing, R&D and production.

Everyone in IBA China will undergo a training session by the HR department on our core values: Care, Share, Dare & Be Fair, our mission: “Protect, Enhance & Save Lives” and various training on our products. This ensures that everyone in IBA China works towards a common goal i.e. fighting against cancer.

Why did you join IBA?

"I first came to know about IBA when I was doing a literature review on Proton Therapy as a postgraduate student in Medical Physics. Eventually, when I had decided to work in the PT industry upon graduation, it was no surprise that the first company I contacted was IBA. In the end I had a couple of offers but two factors stood out for me to choose IBA. Firstly, IBA is the global leaders in Particle Therapy and had supplied more than half the Particle Therapy facilities in the world. Secondly, coming to IBA would allow me to work in China, which is definitely the most exciting place for anyone to start their career."

Why do you enjoy working at IBA?

"Over the past two years, I had the privilege to witness the growth of IBA within China and the rest of Asia. I was also lucky enough to catch the Beijing Olympics live. The warmth provided by my IBA colleagues made my transition from Singapore to Beijing much easier. Coming to IBA China was a choice I will never regret."
