Pre Sales Services
Installation services
Having installed more than 20 Rhodotron and 200 Dynamitron around the world, the field experts from IBA can install and fine-tune each customer's new machine. The installation ends with an operator training session enabling the customer to start producing very soon thereafter.
Solution study
IBA's experts will discuss with customers in order to understand what their specific needs are. Our goal is then to help the customer design the best facility so as to place him in an optimal position to meet his targets.
Facility Design
Next to the irradiation solution as such, customers need to design a complete facility including shielding design. We have designed many facilities and can support customers in this task.
E-beam and X-ray simulations
IBA can offer expertise in mathematical simulations such as Monte Carlo calculations predicting the effects of irradiation on a specific product or packaging.
Experimental tests
If you require more than simulations, we can help you test the real effect of E-Beam or X-Ray on your products through our network of irradiation partners.
Turnkey Project Management
We also offer the option to take responsability for the entire project removing this burden from our customer's shoulders.
After Sales Support Services
Preventive services
Preventive services aim at increasing customer productivity thanks to scheduled maintenance visits. IBA’s preventive services consist of Preventive maintenance visits, Remote Telemaintenances and Audit visits.
Technical support services
IBA has set up a Technical help desk to communicate efficiently and with very short response times with customers requiring technical assistance. This hotline is available 24 hours per day and 365 days per year and answers to more than 80% of customer requests in less than 15 minutes. In case the technical assistance given by the help desk does not solve the problem, IBA engineers are able to leave within 24 hours from customer request.
Spare parts
IBA spare part stocks are located in three continents : America, Asia and Europe. This Structure allows immediate handling of your request and very short delivery lead times in case of critical customer need. More than 80% of spare parts requested by customers are available on IBA’s shelves.
Education
IBA organizes on-site training session or class trainings at IBA for your new operators. This allows our customers to get as much they can out of IBA’s high tech systems.
Upgrades
