 Responsibility:

- Detailed mechanical design of mechanical components, generate 3D, 2D drawings as well as reliable design specification, reduce faults in design as far as possible

Define and implement the Sourcing strategy for each purchasing family under responsibility, incorporating the global strategy of the IBA Group. Manage the global business relationship with their suppliers, aiming at enhancing their performances in terms of Quality, Delivery, Cost and Innovation. Main responsibilities:

- Define, get approval on and implement the sourcing strategy by purchasing family supported by a strategic sourcing analysis (constraints, risks, suppliers' markets, cost breakdowns and drivers, currencies, logistics ...)

- Build the suppliers' base according to the defined strategy (identify, evaluate and qualify reliable vendors or suppliers on the global market);

- Ensure the quality of the purchased items in collaboration with the SQE team;

The Electrical Quality Control Engineer is responsible for the verification of the appropriateness between Equipment/components/articles produced or purchased and their specification in terms of quality, cost of non-quality IBA image since the order of the product with the subcontractor to its exit from production. In collaboration with the sub-contractors and Production Department, the Electrical Quality Control Engineer is also responsible to drive the quality of IBA products delivered to the final customer sites.

- Do efficiently the incoming inspection for electrical components;
- Finish the electrical test for all products during production in workshop included final checking;

- Analyze the NC reasons and give the preventive and corrective solution;
- Communicating, informing, record all issue related to quality;
